Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All refunds, returns and exchanges are welcome if you email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange, excluding clearance items.

All products must be accompanied by original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must be in the same condition as in which it has left the warehouse. 
Clearance products are not eligible for refund or return unless faulty.

Be aware of make up, food, oils, grease, sweat and tan etc as any trace of such will not pass quality control and will not be processed for refund or exchange.

Colour Discrepancies
Images on our site may appear different to what they appear in person. This can be for a number of reasons, colours will show up differently in all types of lighting, they can also appear different on different devices. In the case that you receive a product but the colour is not the same as that you were hoping for, we will gladly exchange or refund to the general refund policies above but the postage costs will be at the expense of the customer, products also need to be returned unwashed, and returned in the same condition in which it left the warehouse.

Handloomed Products from India are not regulated by machinery and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours of the stock will be the same as the pictures shown as they are all individual. The same conditions apply to that of colour discrepancies above. Please be aware that these are hand printed, flaws and marks, smudges, ink drips etc. do occur, we are always happy to exchange or refund again only in the condition in which it leaves the warehouse. *Please do not wash them trying to remove print, marks etc as this then voids the refund. 
Also note that just saying you followed washing instructions does not give cause for a refund, many factors affect washing down to the washing machines sometimes being too rough, spin cycles, water on a cold wash filtered through on a hot day can also make water too hot for some items as well as how the item is dried.

Ultimately all of our returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of management and quality control. All clothing is checked before it leaves the warehouse.

We will also allow 7 days after Christmas for any gifts to be reported to us and to arrange to be exchanged, or where can be proven was a birthday gift etc.

At Roxsta, we are happy to exchange swimwear! 

If you do need to return swimwear, all standard hygiene requirements for swimwear in stores must be adhered to. 

Underwear must be worn and make sure hygiene seals are absolutely in tact.

If for any reason we feel like swimwear has been worn, hygiene seals have been tampered with, or we find any evidence that the basic hygiene of the swimwear has been compromised, you will not receive a refund or exchange and the stock will be disposed of immediately without hesitation.

All postage costs are to be covered by the customer unless items are faulty.

Round Towels can only be exchanged or refunded if still in original packaging, unused & unwashed, due to hygiene reasons.

All of our refunds and exchanges are well within the Australian Consumer Law Act and we are happy to meet all legal requirements. 
All of these conditions are relative to Australian customers only and we will not refund for change of mind for International customers as a general rule due to shipping turnaround times.
